I kind of feel bad for smarting off to the girl in ceramics that smells like a litter box, but then again I don't. She's a bitch. No one bosses Heather Anthony around, NOBODY, "honey!"

MTV thanks a lot for taking the bands I've liked for years and ruining them. It's bad enough that now everyone that doesn't know anything about music will be listening to my music that I know a lot about, but you also find it necessary to play their songs in the background of your commercials for those lovely shows that I despise. So now all of the little idiots that absolutely love and worship Sweet Sixteen, Next, and TRL will love my music or some of it at least. MTV went from an innovative and fresh network in the 80s to a network that will do a reality show about anything and everything as long as it involves people without intelligence or common sense. They'll do anything to get tons of ratings, except be creative. What a way to help influence kids today that are growing up watching that bullshit. At least when I was younger, you'd play a few videos a day. All I'm saying is that I'd just feel a lot better if you guys would just shut your network down forever.

If I could kick today in the fucking teeth, I would.

Initially, I was going to spew my thoughts on the ignorance of a few of my fellow classmates that I had to be around today, but then Billie Holiday decided to come up on my playlist. I can't be mad while listening to her. I feel so much better now.

To all of my friends that I haven't seen/talked to lately. I still love you all. I'm sorry if I've seemed distant. This semester has just been getting to me.

So I noticed it has been quite sometime since I've ljed hur hur. So I'm just going to copy and paste my myspace blogs here.

Anyway. Today both of my classes were canceled. I have a whole day to do whatever I want. That rarely happens. Only problem is, I have no idea what to do. I think I'll just be lazy and watch movies all day with Delilah or something. It's not often that I get to do things like that anymore.

And guess what? I just downloaded some goodies for my nano. Let's see...I put Neon Blonde's album on there, Horse the Band's Pizza EP, and The Jimi Hendrix Experience 's Electric Ladyland. Goodness goodness.

And the following statements might be considered very bold and completely ridiculous to some people, but it's time I said it because I feel confident enough in my music taste to say it. I hate Billy Joel. I don't like any of his songs. Even as a kid I was like, "This song's lame." And the only songs I like by Elton John are Tiny Dancer and Bennie and the Jets. That's it. I hate all of the other songs. Well I don't hate them, but my ears just don't find that music to be appealing. And finally, I don't like The Ramones either. So there we go. Don't bother telling me, "But Heather, you haven't given any of them a fair chance...what about this album? and blah blah blah?" No. I still won't like them. I've heard enough. Just had to get that off of my chest.

By the end of this month I WILL make a collage. It will happen. It's been too long.

And I've also decided that I'm getting a tattoo, but probably not this month, ha.

Last weekend was good. I found a sweet kitten and had a great party. Got too drunk and climbed the fence to jump in the pool, and I ripped my favorite jeans. Not much else to say except that my job sucks now.

I slept from 2:30 until 8:30 tonight. I have no idea why. But the sad thing is, I could still go back to sleep.

Bad feelings. Mine are usually for a reason. This can be a good and bad thing. Either way, that shit gets old.

And I'm moving to a new apartment. I'll still be in Anniston. I'll miss this place.

Things that have bothered me lately, enough to think about more than a few minutes:

My old drawing teacher saying, "Hey guy," to me in the hallway last week.

And why tomorrow was spelled "tommorrow" on the back of that guy's shirt in art history.






But yeah so I've gotten pretty good at ruining things lately. Not intentionally. This has been an accidental habit of mine for years. It stops today. Really, it does. I'm going to stop being a baby.

I always wake up about 20 minutes before my alarm goes off. It's so annoying. I want to fit in as much sleep as possible, and I can't even do that. I'm tired. I don't know why. I hate work and class. I wish it was 6 already. This day can't end soon enough. I think I'll rent myself a movie tonight. I want to see The Squid and the Whale. But I probably won't.

Edit: I'm not going to class today.

Tonight Lin and I kidnapped Of Montreal. We'll be fleeing the country now. Just so you know.

No snow today. Makes me sad. I really didn't want to drive to Jville for one class, but I have to now. I was hoping it would snow, so I could stay home.

What a stupid weekend it's been. Friday was lame of course b/c Lin and I went all the way to Bham just to have to leave after the show barely started b/c of all the morons. It rained the entire way home. But today I got to see my little brother for the first time in about 2 weeks but not for long :( I miss him. Rushed back here to sit and wait. Neat.

But last night Prince was on SNL, and it was glorious. I love him even more than before, I don't care what anyone says ha. And the guy that makes fun of him is hilarious.

But yeah I really want to get my hair cut or colored or something. Any suggestions? Too many people have told me that I look like someone else. I hate it. Ever since I was little I've always tried to look different or be different somehow, but it's getting harder and harder.

And I spent $94 on art supplies today :( This major is killing me.

Today I made the best quesadilla of my life.

Then I downloaded Eraserhead. I've yet to watch it, but I'm pretty excited.

Do any of you happen to know what artists did these works?

I have to find out by tomorrow, or I'll pretty much fail my final. I can't start writing my essays on each one until I know who did them, so any help would be appreciated :\

So I'm at the library and someone has written, "Saves the Day" on the mouse pad, then I noticted that someone else wrote, "sucks live" under it. Ahhahahaha.

So I finished my 3D painting thing of Schiele's Landscape with 2 Trees. I'm just proud of myself because I finished it early. This is the first time I've painted anything in over a year. It was nice to do it again, I didn't realize how much I'd missed it.

I'm a little obsessed with Schiele right now. I just want to share some of my favorite works of his that he's done. For one class, I have to do a 3-D model of one of his paintings. I tried to find a pic of it, but I couldn't.
